Interreg/kultKIT project: Youngpib
Partners: Hanse-Schule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung Lübeck & ZBC Vordingborg (EUX Business & SKP-IT).
Time period: May 2019-june 2021.
Summary: Young people-in-business.
The project focus on business culture, i.e. how you manage businesses on the Danish and the German side of the Femarn Belt. Danish and German business and IT students collaborate on business management with a business simulation game and investigate together local business culture with visits to local companies in the two areas around Vordingborg and Lübeck.
The students are brought together around understanding business and entrepreneurial culture in two biannual workshops in the period 2019-2021. It is a part of the collaboration to seek to map business relations among companies in South Sealand and North Germany with a qustionaire based survey together with company visits. The results will be reported in various forms and will play a positive role for future business relations across the Femarn Belt. The project has English as the working language and project results will be communicated in Danish and German.
The project will give the participants knowledge and practical experience with Danish-German collaboration and strengthen their intercultural competencies.
